BEIJING, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese telecom equipment maker ZTE saw its revenue increase 11.73 percent year on year in 2020, according to a statement the company filed with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The firm's revenue totaled 101.38 billion yuan (about 15.69 billion U.S. dollars) last year, said the statement.
The net profit attributable to share holders dropped 15.18 percent year on year to 4.37 billion yuan.
The company said it has achieved year-on-year growth in operating revenue from both domestic and international markets in 2020 with opportunities posed in the development of 5G in China and sound operations in overseas market.
In the fourth quater last year, the net profit attributable to shareholders surged 62.21 percent year on year, said the statement.
